Mike has been in the industry for 17 years, he started out at a local bike shop on staten island learning and becoming more and more better at his craft, Soon after he masterminded an idea to service the south shore since it was the only area on staten island that didn't have a local bike shop. After researching and researching he found The charm on main street and from there, him and Steve has been inseparable. Mike based his whole business around good customer service, he always says treat the customer like family and they will always come back.
